CHI St. Alexius Health is looking for a Full Time Clinic LPN/RN/CMA to join the Urgent Care team! We will be willing to hire any of these options. Clinic RNs with CHI St. Alexius function as a vital member of the healthcare team who contributes to the success by demonstrating customer/patient focus, effective communication, professionalism, and teamwork. This individual will utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate comprehensive care provided to patients and their families within a fast paced clinic enviroment. **What you’ll do:** + Accountable for all Registered Nurse duties and responsibilities as well as the following duties and responsibilities. + Demonstrates knowledge of clinic standards of care, staff competencies, and individual patient care needs + Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams, including care coordination, physicians, and management, using and promoting effective communication strategies to meet clinic needs. + Actively role models and coaches the behaviors associated with leadership and assist others in developing their skills and knowledge. + Successfully completes the defined job specific competencies, including competencies for age specific, as appropriate. **Skills:** Demonstrates ability to organize personnel assignments and activities for others for the overall benefit of the clinic. Working knowledge of clinical skills in delivery of patient care. Demonstrates proficiency in unit and the ability to function efficiently during crisis.
