CHI St. Alexius Urgent Care is looking for a PRN LPN or RN to join the team
The LPN plays a key role in the delivery of patient care. The LPN plans, implements, and evaluates individual patient care documents in the clinic according to established practice, protocols, policies and procedures. The LPN assists physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants in clinical duties to ensure patients and families receive the highest quality care and knowledge promoting patient wellness.
What You'll Do:
Prepares the patient(s) for their clinic visit and documents accordingly.Assists the RN in meeting the educational needs of patient/family/co-workers utilizing principles and current professional literature to achieve positive learning outcomes. Protects patients and employees by adhering to infection-control policies and protocols, medication administration and storage procedures, and controlled substance regulations.Successfully completes the defined job specific competencies, including competencies for age specific, as appropriate.We invite you to apply today!
Qualifications
Eductation/Licensure/ Requirements:
Graduate of a school of nursing
Licensed to practice nursing in the state of ND or in a compact state
CPR certified
