Job Summary The Clinic Manager will oversee clinic operations, staff supervision, patient coordination, and financial arrangements for the Bluegrass Cares Dentistry Clinic. This role ensures efficient patient flow, scheduling, and compliance while supporting operational goals and quality assurance. Responsibilities include managing staff, optimizing workflows, coordinating patient care, verifying insurance, facilitating financial counseling, and addressing patient concerns. Additionally, the position will analyze productivity data, implement process improvements, and collaborate with leadership on budgeting and compliance initiatives to support the clinic’s expansion and increased patient volume.
