We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Clinic Manager to join our team and help us uphold our commitment to excellence in patient care.

****We are seeking a clinic manager at our Madison outpatient center to oversee 30+ direct reports and 20+ providers while managing the daily operations of our cardiothoracic surgery, vascular surgery, and cardio diagnostics departments. This leadership role requires a proactive individual with a strong background in healthcare management, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a passion for enhancing patient services and outcomes.

- Schedule: Monday - Friday

Job Summary:

Manages the daily operations of the assigned practice site(s) or department(s). Serves as a liaison between physicians and employees, and between the practice or department and other clinical and administrative areas.

Job Responsibilities and Requirements:

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:Manage the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring high-quality patient care and clinic efficiency.Supervise, train, and evaluate clinical staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to streamline clinic processes and enhance service delivery.Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and organizational policies.Collaborate with surgeons, physicians, and healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and optimize treatment strategies.Monitor clinic performance metrics and identify areas for improvement; implement necessary changes to achieve goals.Oversee financial management, including budgeting and revenue cycle activities.Address patient comments and concerns promptly, striving to improve patient satisfaction and quality of care.Stay current with industry trends and advancements in cardiothoracic and vascular surgery.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related fieldA minimum of 3-5 years of experience in healthcare management, preferably within a surgical or diagnostic setting.Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with staff and patients alike.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

Knowledge of cardiothoracic surgery, vascular surgery, and diagnostics.Proficient in practice management software and electronic health records (EHR).
