The Saint Alphonsus Medical Group is looking for a team-oriented and hard-working Clinic Supervisor for our General Surgery -Bariatrics & Colorectal, and Women's Specialty clinics located on the Boise Regional Medical Center campus!
Position Summary & Highlights:Under general guidance of the Area Practice Manager, as the Clinic Supervisor you will coordinate the day-to-day operations of the General Surgery Bariatrics & Colorectal clinics and the Women's Specialty clinic focusing on physician and staff relationships, customer service, and financial management.
Our surgical teams are experts in minimally invasive and robotic surgery, and in advanced subspecialty disciplines including General Surgery, Esophageal Health and Reflux, Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery, Colorectal Surgery and Surgical Oncology.
The Women's Specialty clinic treats patients for genecology oncology, and breast reconstruction surgery. We are fortunate to have Patrick Connor, MD, a highly-skilled board-certified Gynecologic Oncologist, and Polina Kokoulina, PA, who are committed to the comprehensive treatment of women with benign gynecologic conditions and gynecologic cancers.
Our Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon offers a number of different types of reconstructive surgeries that can help improve the problem, whatever it may be. Linsey Etherington, MD, is a Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon who has completed advanced training in the latest plastic surgery techniques. This highly skilled surgeon provides leading edge expertise in plastic and reconstructive surgery, offering a wide range of services
Dr. Prier is a fellowship trained Breast Surgeon and is the Medical Director of the Saint Alphonsus Comprehensive Breast Surgery Center. She is able to develop unique personal relationships with her patients, learn what is important to them in their care and then build a treatment plan that will provide them the best treatment available while taking into consideration the values that are important to them.
We offer patients access to clinical trials, genetic counseling and cancer risk assessments. Additionally, there are specialized programs for cancer patients to help reduce fatigue and improve well-being following cancer treatments.
This is a non-clinical position.
What Will You Do:Directly supervise 7 front office staff (Patient Service Reps (PSRs)) and support 2 Lead PSRs. This includes providing performance coaching/feedback, completing evaluations, and resolving staff conflict.
Act as a liaison between support staff, physicians and clinic managers/administrator.
Oversee billing and collection functions and ensures staff compliance with collection policies and procedures (e.g., PATOS, days in accounts receivables, aging of accounts receivable).
Maintain appropriate staffing/scheduling to support operations and physician productivity, and oversee time and attendance records and ensures accurate information for payroll.
Help ensure organizational commitment to patient satisfaction. React in a timely manner to resolve patient complaints , and promote customer service standards among staff.
An ideal candidate will have:
Epic experience;
Worked in a front office clinic position and understands the job duties;
Previous lead or supervisory experience in a clinic environment;
Enjoyment in building teams and partnering with clinic leadership and physicians;
Comfortability and confidence in communicating with physicians and other clinic staff; and
Be self-motivated, has demonstrated follow through, and thrive in an environment where you can lead by example and jump in and help when needed.
Work Schedule:This position will work Mondays – Fridays around the hours of 8:00am 5:00pm.

Women's Specialty Clinic: 900 N Liberty St Ste 101
Both clinics are located on the Regional Medical Center campus (I-184 and Curtis Road).

Minimum Qualifications:Associate's degree in business or related field required.
Two years of relevant experience in a senior, lead or supervisory role, may be considered in lieu of degree (preferably in an ambulatory clinic environment).
Bachelor's degree in a business related field preferred.
