The Saint Alphonsus Medical Group is looking for a team-oriented and hard-working Clinic Supervisor for our Pulmonary Clinics located on the Boise Regional Medical Center and Nampa Medical Center campuses!
Position Summary & Highlights:Under general guidance of the Area Practice Manager, as the Clinic Supervisor you will coordinate the day-to-day operations of the Pulmonary Clinics focusing on physician and staff relationships, customer service, and financial management.

Our board-certified pulmonary physicians serve critically ill patients within the hospital and in their outpatient clinic(s).
The outpatient clinic specializes in treating individuals with acute, chronic and recurring conditions of the respiratory system.
This is a non-clinical position.
What Will You Do:Directly supervise 7 front office staff (Patient Service Reps) and support 1 Lead PSR. This includes providing performance coaching/feedback, completing evaluations, and resolving staff conflict.
Act as a liaison between support staff, physicians and clinic managers/administrator.
Oversee billing and collection functions and ensures staff compliance with collection policies and procedures (e.g., PATOS, days in accounts receivables, aging of accounts receivable).
Maintain appropriate staffing/scheduling to support operations and physician productivity, and oversee time and attendance records and ensures accurate information for payroll.
Help ensure organizational commitment to patient satisfaction. React in a timely manner to resolve patient complaints , and promote customer service standards among staff.
An ideal candidate is self-motivated, has strong communication skills and follow through. You enjoy building teams and partnering with clinic leadership and physicians. You thrive in an environment where you can lead by example and jump in and help when needed.
Work Schedule:This position will work Mondays – Fridays around the hours of 8:00am 5:00pm. Occasional travel will be required to the Nampa clinic a few times a month.
Locations:This position will primarily work at the Boise and Nampa clinics and also supports the Ontario outreach clinic.
Boise Clinic: Located in the Hartman building located on the Regional Medical Center campus (I-184 and Curtis Road).
Nampa Clinic: Located in the 4424 building on the Nampa Medical Center campus (I-84 and Garrity)

Minimum Qualifications:Associate's degree in business or related field required.
Two years of relevant experience in a senior, lead or supervisory role, may be considered in lieu of degree (preferably in an ambulatory clinic environment).
Bachelor's degree in a business related field preferred.
