Job Summary

\n

You, as Clinic Registered Nurse, manage patient care coordination. Your expertise guides team in delivering top-notch care. Assess patient conditions, identify health issues, and create personalized care plans through the nursing process. Monitoring patient responses is crucial.Ensuring a safe healthcare experience is crucial. You will guide patients effectively to prevent complications and delays in their healthcare encounter.

What You'll Do

\n\nPrioritize patient needs, plan care. Adjust as needed to meet outcomes.\nSupport practice changes with research and hands-on learning. Energetic participation in quality improvement initiatives.\nYou will build relationships with patients and families, managing emotional and physical pain to promote relief and healing.\nYou will help patients, families, staff, and community learn about health care.\nPartnering with colleagues and community to create a care plan is part of your duties.\nYou will leverage strategies and available resources for problem-solving for patients, family, and staff with a systems-thinking mindset.\n\n

What Will Make You Successful In The Role

\n\nA solid grounding in nursing values and patient care standards.\nFamiliarity with relevant laws, rules, and regulations as well as certification and accreditation body guidelines.\nAn awareness of medical terminology, as well as strategies for health promotion, risk reduction, disease prevention, and management.\nRespect for medical and professional nursing ethics as well as patient privacy.\nOutstanding verbal and written communication skills.\nExcellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.\nThe aptitude to monitor and effectively communicate any changes in patient medical conditions.\nThe aptitude to deliver quality care that's tailored to the age of the patient.\nGood computer skills, including mastery of Microsoft Office and electronic medical record documentation.\n\n

Qualifications

\n\nGrad of an Accredited Program\n2 Years of Experience.\nLicense Registered Nurse.\nBasic Life Support certification is required. Applicants without it must get certified within 30 days of hiring.\n
