Through theory-based practice, the RN utilizes critical thinking to assess, plan, implement and evaluate outcome-based care for a select group of patients. The RN facilitates communication with physicians, patient and family, other departments and/or team members. Adheres to MercyOne's performance expectations and performs all defined services and other related duties in accordance with the mission, vision and values of MercyOne.
What you will Do:
Conducts an initial and ongoing assessment to gather and analyze data.Identifies patient short and long-term goals and develops them into an outcome based plan of care.Implements an outcome based plan of care.Evaluates patient response to treatments and modifies the outcome based plan.Communicates relevant clinical information to the team to optimize patient outcomes.Hours/Schedule:

Minimum Qualifications:
Associate Degree: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.Current Iowa RN license. BLS. Mandatory Reporter. Limited Radiographer if performing x-rays.
