Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team. The successful candidate will assist in triage, prepare exam rooms, take patient vitals, consult with patients about their medications and treatment plans, and assist physicians during examinations. This role is essential in ensuring that our pediatric patients receive the highest quality care.
ResponsibilitiesAssist with triage of pediatric patients.Prepare exam rooms daily and ensure all items are secured at the end of each day.Room patients and take patient vitals prior to provider consultation.Consult with patients regarding their current medications and treatment plans, entering information into the EMR system.Assist physicians during patient examinations and scribe for the physician in the EMR system.Observe patients, record significant conditions and reactions, and notify the supervisor or physician of any significant incidents, conditions, or reactions to treatments and medications.Work Environment
The work schedule is Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, with a one-hour unpaid lunch break. There is little to no overtime, ensuring a consistent weekly schedule. The facility is closed on holidays and weekends. The team operates in a fast-paced environment with a supportive team dynamic, including on-site management with an open-door policy and internal meetings at least once a week. Employees enjoy set breaks and a commitment to leaving on time by 5 PM.
