As the leader of the health care team, provides professional nursing care, utilizing the nursing process in accordance with established standards of care, policies, and procedures. Remains flexible to changing systems; is expected to demonstrate quality and effectiveness in work habits and clinical practice; and treats co-workers, patients, families, and all members of the health care team with dignity and respect.

Required Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. upon hire: California Registered Nurse License. upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association. 1 year RN experience in an acute care or ambulatory setting; 2 years preferred. Experience in a leadership role.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree Nursing. upon hire: Provider Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) - American Heart Association. upon hire: Provider Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) - American Heart Association. IDX and EMR experience.
