ResponsibilitiesSupervises the operation and personnel of the clinic on a day to day basis. Establishes practices, policies, and procedures to ensure efficient operations while providing an outstanding patient experience. Analyzes and maximizes patient flow while managing financial considerations. Plans, organizes, implements, manages, and evaluates staffing and employee competencies. Delivers performance reviews, staff recognition and staff counseling as appropriate. Ensures regulatory and accreditation standards are met and maintained for the medical group.
QualificationsEDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING
1. Medical Assistant certification preferred.
2. BLS certification upon hire and maintained current.
3. Minimum two years as a lead or supervisory experience in medical office
