Key Responsibilities:

Independently coordinate and direct clinic operational duties and staff Optimize clinic support service workflow Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of support processes and procedures in a clinical department Assist in formulating strategies for quality monitoring and improvement Manage hiring and disciplinary processes in conjunction with the department manager Conduct annual performance evaluations Actively participate on the Clinic Management Team

Required qualifications:

5 years Front office experience in a medical clinic setting, with lead or supervisory experience

Preferred qualifications:

2 years of prior supervisory experience
