Clinical Admin Coordinator
Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is hiring a **Clinical Administrative Coordinator** ! This role is remote. Please read below and apply with an updated resume for consideration. **Type:** Three - month contract, opportunity for extension or fulltime offer **Schedule:** Monday – Friday, 8am to 5pm PST **Pay:** $20 - $22.25 Per hour based on experience. **Responsibilities of the Associate Clinical Administrative Coordinator:** · Consistently exhibits behavior and communication skills that demonstrate our company's commitment to superior customer service, including quality, care and concern with each internal and external customer. · Sorts, filters and extracts data from reports and systems to create health plan required reports. · Assist with projects geared to improve efficiency and cost savings · Document preparation for health plan audits. · Interaction with various health care facilities or providers for medical record request and retrievals. · Ability to facilitate meetings with health care facilities · Maintain data logs · Uses, protects, and discloses our company’s patients protected health information (PHI) only in accordance with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) standards. · Perform additional duties as assigned **Qualifications for the Associate Clinical Administrative Coordinator:** **· High School Diploma / GED** **· 3-5 years medical office experience or experience within a similar role** **·** **Compliance or quality improvement experience** **·** **Experience with Microsoft Office, ability to create graphs and charts using excel** **·** **Customer service oriented** · **Ability to work in a fast paced environment** **Why work for Adecco?** · Weekly Pay · 401(k) Plan · Skills Training · Excellent medical, dental, and vision benefits Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
