This position is full-time. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8:00am – 5:00pm, Monday – Friday. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime. Our office is located at N16W24131 Riverwood Dr, Waukesha, WI 53188.
We offer 4 weeks of on-the-job training. The hours of the training will be aligned with your schedule.
**Primary Responsibilities:**
+ Retrieving and distribution of mail
+ Responsible for ordering office supplies.
+ Scanning correspondence to remote staff
+ Assisting cash posting
+ Invoicing for external companies
+ Printing & mailing correspondences received from remote staff
+ Responsible for web access for staff
+ Assisting senior leadership with administrative tasks

**Required Qualifications:**
+ High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
+ Must be 18 years of age OR Older
+ 1+ years of Customer Service experience
+ Experience with Microsoft Office products
+ Ability to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8:00am – 5:00pm, Monday – Friday. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Bilingual - English/Spanish
+ Clerical or administrative support background
+ Experience working within the health care Industry and with health care insurance
+ Experience working in a hospital, physician's office or medical clinic setting
+ Experience working in a call center

2. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with many different levels of employees.
