The Clinical Analyst is a clinical services liaison with the Information Technology Services (ITS) department.  The Clinical Analyst helps to identify clinical workflow process issues and concerns and works with other members of the Clinical Informatics department to optimize processes.  The Clinical Analyst supports all departments who interface with the clinical applications, supported by the department, and is responsible for troubleshooting supported applications.  The Clinical Analyst works closely and collaboratively with the Informatics department to troubleshoot issues and ensure clinical applications are functioning as designed.  The Clinical Analyst works collaboratively with all end users to optimize the usage of clinical systems, in accordance with organizational goals.
