Your role:
In your role, this specialist in Radiology informatics but not limited to entire EI solution, support customers to maximize usage of the solution, provide the training and responsible to be voice of customers on any feedback. And also support Pre-sale activities like product and solution presentation, demonstration as well as workflow discussion.Able to work as team with Sales lead, Sales executive in EI, project and technical consultant team in Thailand as well as EI team in regional. Work collaborates with Modality sales specialists in the organization.Able to work independently with specific topics as well as eager to learn new things and up-skills.To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following
Required Skills and Qualifications
Radiology background in the hospital or work experiences in healthcare company in related product. Experiences in Radiology solution are preferable.Graduated in bachelor's degree in Radiology or other healthcare related major.At least 3 years of experience in the clinical and/or medical informatics field.Good interpersonal skillGood communication in Thai and communicable in English.
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
