As the Clinical Applications Support & Training Specialist, you will provide Level 2 support for clinical systems, including EHR applications, while also leading training efforts for end users. Key Responsibilities: + Support and maintain EHR systems and related applications. + Develop and conduct training sessions for clinicians and staff. + Assist with workflow optimization and system adoption. + Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, escalating when needed. + Develop and run reports to meet regulatory and operational needs. + Test and validate system upgrades and enhancements. Requirements + 4+ years of clinical application support experience (Level 2). + Experience with EHR systems (any EHR is acceptable). + Knowledge of HL7 and clinical workflows. + Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. + Experience developing and delivering end-user training. + Relevant education or certifications preferred.
