Clinical Assistant/Associate/Full Professor - Pediatric Adolescent Medicine
Job Description:
The Department of Pediatrics with the University of Florida is seeking a board certified/eligible adolescent pediatric specialist at the Clinical Assistant, Associate, or Professor level to pursue a career in Adolescent Medicine. This is a 1.0 FTE non- tenure accruing faculty appointment in association with the Studer Family Children’s Hospital at Sacred Heart in Pensacola, Florida. The service is seeking a motivated physician who desires a career in pediatric medicine within an academic setting.
The Studer Family Children’s Hospital celebrated its 50th year in 2019 with the opening of a new Children’s Hospital. The Children’s Hospital has a full complement of pediatric subspecialties and support programs. Appointment will be at the non-tenure accruing level of Assistant/Associate/Full Professor, based on qualifications. Experience and/or interest in education is valued.
Expected Salary:Commensurate with education and experience
Minimum Requirements:Applicants must have an M.D. or equivalent, be licensed or eligible for licensure in the State of Florida, and be Board certified/ Board eligible in pediatrics or the appropriate subspecialty.
