SUMMARY To provide care for all patients coming to Pulmonary Rehabilitation & Pulmonary Diagnostics SPECIFIC DUTIES MAY INCLUDE Assist Pulmonary staff in the Pulmonary Rehab gym with patients during exercise - Vital signs (blood pressure, O2 saturations, heart rate) and assists patients to next mode of exercise Calls and sets up interviews for Pulmonary Rehab referrals Gets insurance authorizations and Co-pay information for Pulmonary Rehab patients when necessary Works with all disciplines to deliver the best level of care Works at front desk to register patients for procedures in the department (About 30% of the time) Collect payments at front desk during registration QUALIFICATIONS High School Diploma or GED required. Minimum of two (2) years clinical experience preferred.
