Conduct circumcisions to all eligible clients assist in Preoperative care (History taking and physical exam) to exclude any complications Provide Inservice education to your teams Refer clients where needed according to the DoH referral system Understanding of DoH guidelines and SOP in relation to VMMC Maintain and respond to QA assessments. Implement Voluntary Male Circumcision Programme at facility level in accordance with Provincial and South African national guide. Ensure Comprehensive package of VMMC services available. Management of VMMC related adverse events. Participate in research projects relevant to the specific field. Provide leadership and manage your team draft plans for your team for weekly and monthly operations Liaise with the Outreach Officer and Social Mobilisers to ensure effective recruitment of clients. Keep abreast with developments in the field. Familiar with legislation, standards, policies, and procedures
