HCRS is looking for a mental health professional who is qualified to complete assessments, guide treatment, provide therapy and work with families and/or other supportive network members to fill a unique opportunity as a Clinical Care Coordinator, supporting young adults who are having social, emotional and psychiatric experiences in a residential setting. Our unique location and open approach allows for you to develop therapeutic relationships and groups through use of our hiking trails, gardens, hands on homesteading activities, and other unique Green Mountain state projects. The ways to engage with our residents is open to your unique interests and ideas. Past activities have included; group yoga at a waterfall, sensory activities with herbs from our garden, therapy sessions while hiking, participating in maple sugaring, and many other creative ways to engage.

To be successful in this role, you will have:
A Master’s degree in Social work, psychology, or counseling A VT License or eligibility to be rostered in VT 2 years of related work in the mental health field Experience working with youth in transition or young adults Trauma-informed and recovery oriented approach
