A large Boston-based nonprofit with a mission of assisting un-housed Veterans and families is seeking a Master's-Level Clinical Case Manager to join our growing team!

Responsibilities: As part of the Behavioral Health Programs, provide clinical case management and individual and group supportive mental health and substance use disorder counseling to a caseload of up to 25 clients. This position employs a variety of evidence based interventions including motivational interviewing, harm reduction, relapse prevention and trauma informed care to provide client centered services to clients. Required Qualifications: Master level clinician, Social Worker, Mental Health Counselor, Rehabilitation Counselor2+ years of experience working with underserved populations including individuals impacted by homelessness, substance use disorder, etc..Crisis Intervention skills

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm
