Clinical Case Manager - Nurturing Parent Program

The Clinical Case Manager - Nurturing Parenting Program (NPP) provides strengths-based, family-centered supportive services to parents who are working towards reunification with their young children who were previously removed from the home due to abuse or neglect. As a Clinical Case Manager, you will assess the behavioral health of clients and provide a clinical assessment and diagnosis, as needed as well as recommend the appropriate therapeutic intervention.

Candidate qualifications:

Master’s Degree in Social Work or a related field preferred or Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or a related field with at least two years of relevant experience required. A valid driver’s license, insurance and a reliable vehicle required.

Job details:

Compensation: Range starts at $48,000; offers are commensurate with experience and bilingual candidates may receive additional financial compensation.  Benefits: Medical/dental/vision insurance, 3+ weeks paid time off in the first year including the week between Christmas and New Year’s Day (PTO increases with tenure); 11 paid holidays, supplemental insurance options, 401(k) with match (more benefits details here). Location: Hybrid (remote/office-based). Therapy provided via telehealth or in-office in the Chicagoland area. Clinical Case Managers work from home/preferred remote location during telehealth services and when not in the office. Schedule: Full-time, salaried; general business hours with some flexibility for evening appointments as needed to accommodate client schedules.  Student Loan Forgiveness: Brightpoint is an approved agency for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF).
