Minimum Requirements:
Associate's degree in Business preferred. Three years' administrative experience required in a health related organization. Three years' experience with Media/Audio-Visual and Computerized Information Systems. Experience with literature searches and the research process. Experience in the day-to-day operations and maintenance of an education department preferred. Possess excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate well with other staff, managers, physicians, and the general public. Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple responsibilities at the same time. Ability to comprehend, plan, and work independently as well as under supervision. Possess the ability to relate effectively to employees, vendors, patients, and physicians, while using proper channels of communication. Ability to work in a responsible and confidential capacity.
