Clinical Concierge- NCT with MA/LVN
We’re looking for Medical Assistants or Licensed Vocational Nurses with an NCT certification who have a deep commitment to quality and compassionate care to join our Urgent Care team.
We’re beyond excited to introduce Texas Health Breeze Urgent Care. With centers open 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., 365 days a year, little or no wait times and ability for most patients to leave with medication in hand, our goal is to offer an easy, convenient and affordable option for the care our patients need.
Locations currently hiring: Mckinney and Argyle
Works hours: Full-Time, 3-12-hour shifts a week, 7:45 AM - 8:15 PM
What you’ll do:
· Be our “clinical concierge” providing outstanding customer service as you guide our patients and visitors through their entire experience in the Urgent Care Clinic
· Be a vital member of the care team assisting with clinical functions including front and back-office duties and working closely with the provider and other clinical team members
· This position will float across multiple Texas Health Urgent Care locations.
What you’ll need:
· H.S. Diploma or Equivalent Required And
· Other Completion of approved NCT training program Required And
· Other Successful completion of a Medical Assistant education program Certified or Registered Medical Assistant in lieu of the completion of a Medical Assistant education program Required Or
· Other Successful completion of a vocational nurse program Required.
· 6 Months Previous health care facility clinical experience as a LVN, MA, CNA, or other patient care Required and
· 6 Months Previous x-ray experience or completion of an internal THR NCT training program in lieu of experience Req and
· 6 Months Previous experience as licensed NCT Preferred and
· Previous experience with electronic health record Preferred and
· Previous experience with straight-arm x-ray Preferred and
· Previous orthopedic experience Preferred.
· NCT (Non-Certified Radiology Technician) Registered by the Texas Medical Board Upon Hire Required And
· LVN - Licensed Vocational Nurse State of Texas, if LVN Upon Hire Req Or
· Other Certified or Registered Medical Assistant in lieu of the completion of a Medical Assistant education program if hired after 04/11/2022 Upon Hire Required And
· BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support BLS maintained every 2 years and required prior to providing independent patient care Required.
