Job Title: Sr Associate Clinical Contracts & Budgets
Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr Associate Clinical Contracts & Budgets professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for negotiating clinical site contracts, managing site budgets, and ensuring smooth contract execution and amendments throughout the lifecycle of clinical studies. This role requires strong organizational skills and a thorough understanding of clinical trial contracts and budget negotiations.

ResponsibilitiesNegotiate clinical site contracts including Disclosure Agreements, Clinical Trial Agreements, and Service Agreements using appropriate guidelines.Collect necessary signatures for contract execution.Participate in site, legal, and finance meetings as required to resolve contract issues.Negotiate site budgets from base budget and payment milestones using appropriate guidelines.Escalate contract and budget issues as appropriate.Support the Clinical Pricing Payments Group in setting up sites for payment.Track contract progression using appropriate systems.Amend and terminate contracts as necessary throughout the lifecycle of the study.Store and archive contracts and budgets in appropriate systems.Review and approve applicable changes within the ICF with guidance.Manage the end-to-end process for clinical site contracts.Support resolution of contract and budget issues.Maintain tracking in appropriate systems.Essential Skills3-5 years of experience in clinical trials contract budget negotiations.Recent (within the last 3 years) contract and budget negotiation experience in a clinical trial setting.Active/involved negotiation with various contract types (CTA, CDA, Master Agreements, etc.) and applicable budgets.Proficient with Microsoft Office programs, with a focus on Excel.Strong organizational skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in the pharmaceutical industry.Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Work Environment

You will work in a collaborative environment that requires interaction with various departments including legal, finance, and clinical teams. The role involves using several tracking and contract management systems to ensure all contracts and budgets are properly executed, stored, and archived. The position demands a high level of organization and the ability to manage multiple contract negotiations simultaneously.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $60.00/hr.
