Clinical Contracts Manager
Job Title: Contracts Manager

Job Description

As a Contracts Manager, you will expertly review and approve clinical trial and related agreements in line with applicable regulations and academic requirements. Displaying leadership, you will provide timely and effective guidance on negotiation strategies and industry best practices.

You will coordinate with various offices to review agreements and business decision issues, and independently manage the review, interpretation, negotiation, and processing of clinical trial, nondisclosure, and associated contracts from a legal, business, and technical perspective.

You will develop negotiation strategies, draft and negotiate contracts that comply with policies, and manage stakeholder relations with timely and professional status updates on contract status matters.

Work Site

This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in New Brunswick, New Jersey and some days remote.

Work Environment

The role includes managing 40-100 contracts per person within a team of 8 Contract Managers.
