\nAs a Clinical Coordinator RN, you manage projects and programs daily, coordinate tasks crucial for site operations, and organize events. Your expertise and supervision skills contribute to team success.
\nWhat You'll Do
\n\nProviding care by assessing patients, setting goals together, implementing interventions, adjusting as needed, and aiding in discharge planning.\nGiving meaningful education to patients and their family members.\nMaintaining accurate documentation in the medical record using suitable terminology on a timely basis.\nManaging daily department operations includes budget monitoring, staff productivity, regulatory compliance, staffing, payroll, equipment ordering, troubleshooting, and data collection.\nDeveloping in-service and specific continuing education programs for staff.\nManage staff to ensure quality care for patients and families. Provide direct care as needed.\nCreating an environment that encourages collaboration and maintains effective communication with colleagues, other departments and administration.\n\nWhat Will Make You Successful In The Role
\n\nA successful candidate should know medical terms well, including disease prevention, health promotion, and risk reduction. They should also understand medications, including their effects and potential side effects.\nHigh ethical standards are vital. Patient privacy must be respected.\nCommunication skills include clear writing. \nQualifications
\n\nYou should have completed at least an Associate's degree.\nAt least 2 years of relevant experience.\nRegistered Nurse License.\n
