He or She is cognizant of the philosophy, standards, objectives and policies of the Dental Department and the Organization. Qualifications QUALIFICATIONS: + BA Preferred + Minimum of three (3) years' experience as a Dental Assistant in a clinical setting preferred, family practice setting a plus. Knowledge of front desk duties. + Minimum of one year of supervisory experience. + Demonstrated OSHA compliance knowledge. + Demonstrated competence in 4-handed dentistry. + Demonstrated inventory control knowledge. + Good communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. + Bi-lingual Spanish preferred + Demonstrated basic computer skills + Certification as a Dental Assistant + BCLS
