Our multispecialty practice in Old Bridge will include the following specialties:Pediatric General Surgery, Pediatric GI,Pediatric Pulmonology, Pediatric Nephrology, Pediatric Neurology, Pediatric Cardiology, Pediatric Rheumatology, Pediatric Endocrinology.
The Clinical Coordinator, in collaboration with the Clinical Program Manager and specialty-specific clinical team, will identify, support and develop programs to meet the needs of complex patients and family. The Clinical Coordinator is a registered nurse who has clinical expertise to the Subspecialty providers in providing quality medical care to patients.. The Coordinator is responsible for providing professional nursing care and support to patients/families with a variety of subspecialty needs. This position will be a liaison between the family and the subspecialty team to assist in care coordination and disease specific education for patients, families, and staff.

Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
Bachelor's of Science in Nursing Minimum of 3-5 years acute/primary care for specialty and population specific nursing experience Proficient computer skills that may include but are not limited to Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite platforms. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient computer skills that may include but are not limited to Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite platforms.Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Preferred:
Master's of Science in Nursing Knowledge of insurance authorization process and system navigation Understanding of CPT and ICD-10 codingLicenses and Certifications Required:
NJ State Professional Registered Nurse License.AHA Basic Health Care Life Support HCP Certification.Licenses and Certifications Preferred:
Specialty specific and/or population certifications.
