Responsibilities The Registered Nurse Clinical Coordinator reports to the Practice Manager and supervises the medical assistants and front desk staff within the Adult Health Center clinic on a daily basis, overseeing office workflow, scheduling, and patient satisfaction. Qualifications Job Requirements: Associate’s Degree in Nursing required, Current valid NJ State Professional Registered Nurse License Supervisory experience in a team leader role in a primary care setting Three years of work experience as a professional nurse Familiarity with community resources in the medical environment Current driver’s license (in good standing) and reliable and insured transportation Preferred Job Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred
