**Summary:** The Health and Wellbeing Team at Meta is seeking a Clinical Data Manager to support the development of innovative health technologies. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams, including research scientists, engineers, and product managers, to design and implement data management plans for clinical studies. **Required Skills:** Clinical Data Manager Responsibilities: 1. Design and implement data management plans for clinical studies, including data collection, cleaning, and analysis 2. Develop and maintain electronic case report forms (eCRFs) using clinical trial management systems (CTMS) 3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop data collection methods, and analysis plans 4. Ensure data quality and integrity through data validation, cleaning, and monitoring 5. Develop and implement data management procedures and standard operating procedures (SOPs) 6. Provide training and support to study staff on data management procedures and eCRF use 7. Collaborate with biostatisticians and data analysts to ensure accurate and complete data analysis 8. Participate in study close-out activities, including data archiving and finalization of study reports **Minimum Qualifications:** Minimum Qualifications: 9. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience. 10. 5+ years of experience in clinical data management, including experience with eCRFs and CTMS 11. Demonstrated understanding of clinical data management principles and practices, including data quality and integrity 12. Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail 13. Proven experience of working prioritizing and working efficiently, to drive the most impactful work forwards **Preferred Qualifications:** Preferred Qualifications: 14. Master's degree or higher in a field such as computer science, statistics, or a related field 15. Certification in clinical data management, such as Certified Data Manager or Certified Clinical Research Associate 16.
