Assures that colleague orientation, development and competency needs are identified, met and documented directly acting as a consultant role with management, colleagues or other key stakeholders.Develops, implements and evaluates education plans for individuals, department, and/or organizationPlans, coordinates and evaluates orientation programs to assure competence to deliver safe care and socialization in the department

Masters degree preferred, MSN preferred
