What will you do?

Conduct strategic account profiling and target development for prospective clients within the Washington territoryCollaborate with important decision-makers and actively coordinate all sales-related activitiesGain agreement from potential clients to broaden product utilization and ensure successful implementation of sales strategiesBuild and maintain relationships with senior-level executives and decision-makers to drive sales growthDevelop and implement sales plans that align with company goals and objectivesConduct presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the value of our products and servicesMonitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvementMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system

How will you get here?

Bachelor's degree (BA, BS or equivalent) in a relevant fieldThree years of demonstrated ability in a sales role, preferably in the medical diagnostics or similar marketDemonstrated excellence in driving sales growth and achieving targetsProven ability to work with senior-level executives and decision-makersStrong analytical skills with the ability to implement complex sales strategiesAdvanced negotiation and presentation skillsExceptional communication and organizational skillsAbility to travel extensively within the designated territory (minimum 50% travel)Proficiency with SFDC CRM, Excel, Microsoft Word, and OutlookSelf-directed, highly motivated, and capable of working independently
