Providence Medical Center is looking for a full time Clinical Dietitian to join our dynamic nutrition team. Our Clinical Dietitian provides appropriate patient nutritional care with duties and responsibilities that include, but are not limited to:
assess the nutritional status of patientsformulate a care plan, coordinate its implementation, and evaluate its impact and effectivenessprovide nutrition education to patients/familiesapprove supplements, as appropriate, and assist in the development of a hospital formulary appropriate to the patient populationsomeone who is familiar with food safety, meal/nutrition plans and can education patients on health and appropriate diet QualificationsEducation and Work Experience
Registered Dietitian, required (CMS requirement)one year healthcare experience, desirablewe are #hiring for a #clinicaldietitian that is a #registereddietitian at our #providencemedicalcenter location or #PMC where you will #dietplanning for patients for #nutrition and #foodsafety with #nutritionplans to #educate for patients
