DESCRIPTION OF WORK In this position, you will ensure optimal nutritional status of residents by planning, implementing, and evaluating nutritional interventions. You will be responsible for conducting nutritional assessments, as well as completing documentation and formal care plans for each resident, in accordance with relevant laws and regulations. Your duties will include writing and reviewing nutritional care plans; making dietetic recommendations aligned with physicians' orders and dietary needs; and planning or modifying standard and therapeutic menus to meet medical orders, nutritional standards, and quality.
