**Job Description:** Works with a dynamic team of dietitians and medical providers to provide optimal care to patients in the acute care setting. Practicing at the high end of the Registered Dietitian's Scope of Practice, performs nutrition education, malnutrition assessments, and nutrition support assessments. Creates nutrition care plans, provides support to patients with wound issues and so much more!
