The Clinical Supervisor oversees all clinical services and is responsible for enhancing both the client and employee experience. The Clinical Director will supervise clinical staff in onboarding, supervision, and treatment team facilitation.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for oversight of all clinical services in the program including assessment and intake processes, group facilitation, family therapy services and programming, individual therapy, aftercare planning, crisis stabilization, and utilization review. Provides clinical supervision and training for all clinical staff with structured onboarding processes, consistent supervision meetings, treatment team facilitation, and support staff training and guidance with appropriate documentation and tracking of all oversight activities. Collaborates with program and corporate leadership to develop annual clinical strategic plans for consistent refinement of clinical services.

Education: 

A Master's Degree from an accredited college with a major in chemical dependency, psychology, social work, counseling, or other related field and 2 years of clinical experience in a health and human services agency which includes 1 year of working directly with consumers. 

LPC, LMFT, LCSW, LSATP, or Registered Supervisee

Experience facilitating process group therapy, individual therapy and family therapy. Mental Health experience. Treatment planning experience. Previous supervisory experience.
