This includes base salary and annual bonuses, tiered and based on experience.

SpringHealth Behavioral Health & Integrated Care is seeking a full-time, in-person Clinical Director to be based in our Lawrenceville clinic. This position will have no permanent caseload and no on-call requirement!

Responsibilities Assists State Director with review and updates of department materials such as manuals and policies.Understand and follow all policies and procedures related to client payor plan rules and regulations.Fulfill coverage for BCBA supervision hours across locations due to vacancy or PTO.Provide direct supervision and monitoring of clinic assistants and schedulers across coverage locations.Complete new assessments for incoming youth and assign them to caseload coverage.Complete all PIPs/CAPs in collaboration with treatment team.Ensure all key performance indicators are tracked on a regular basis to identify proficiencies/deficiencies within the line (i.e., productivity, assessment due dates, RBT/BCBA certification dates, payor rules, etc.)Report and maintain all staffing needs to State Director to ensure appropriate hiring needs are met.Participate in director level meetings to promote growth and line stability.Ensure collaboration amongst all youth line providers in collaboration with State Director (SLP/OT/Mental Health).Model and train staff in the principles and practice of Applied Behavior Analytic methodology.Serves as a member of Interdisciplinary Teams (IDTs) providing expertise regarding behavior analytic strategy implementation.Understand and maintain assigned budgetary goals and growth metrics.Responsible for oversight of behavior plan assessment, design, training, monitoring, and reporting.Conduct descriptive and systematic (e.g., analogue) behavioral assessments, including functional analyses, and provides behavior analytic interpretations of the results.Provide direct behavioral treatment to clients via replacement skills training, social skills training, crisis de-escalation, group behavioral treatment, individual behavioral treatment, and/or skills coaching in all applicable settings. Qualifications Education: Doctoral or master’s degree in psychology, Counseling, or related discipline. Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required. Must have three to five years of Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) experience.Language Skills: Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.Ability to write simple correspondence, effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to individuals and other employees of the organization.Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions; Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
