CLINICAL DIRECTOR MENTAL HEALTH $5000 HIRING BONUS
Our Company SpringPath Mental Health Services Overview The Clinical Director of Mental Health will be responsible for overseeing delivery of consumer support services for an intensive rehabilitation treatment program. Under the supervision of the Program Operations Manager, the Clinical Director will also provide clinical services that promote consumer choice for adult individuals with mental illnesses and co-occurring disorders. Responsibilities + Manages clinical over-site of all services at a set location + Assists with admissions, discharges, medication administration, and progress summaries as needed + Conducts assessments and assesses findings with recommendations such as treatment and rehabilitation activities and goals + Implements established company policies on health, safety, security, code of conduct, and regulation + Hires new employees and warrants corrective actions to existing personnel when needed + Maintains the development of individual plans, case coordination, and compliance with license and accreditation + Ensures quality assurance including person served outcomes and service outcomes + Oversees program budgets for contracts and household expenditures Qualifications + Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or relevant field and licensure required + Minimum of 4000 hours (post Master’s) of verifiable work experience such as providing services and support to individuals with mental illness + At least two years of clinical supervisory experience preferred + Knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations concerning services to individuals with mental illness is a plus + Effective communication, customer service, and time management skills About our Line of Business SpringPath Mental Health Services is a leading agency in providing recovery-oriented and psychiatric rehabilitation services.
