This position is accountable for achieving quality patient care through appropriate leadership and utilization of human and fiscal resources in their program area. The position is accountable for the development, effective operation and evaluation of a program area. This is accomplished through visionary leadership, knowledge of present and future trends, strategic benchmarking and innovative interventions.
