Position Purpose:
As a Workforce Development Educator, you will design, implement, and deliver national workforce development programs and educational plans that enhance staff competency in relationship-based care. By utilizing adult learning methodologies, you’ll create a safe and respectful environment for both learners and clinical staff, ensuring they are well-equipped to provide the highest quality of care to our patients.

A Bachelor’s degree in Nursing with comprehensive knowledge of nursing practice and education.5+ years of experience in a Nursing department with increasing responsibility and interest in education, practice, and quality.A minimum of 2 years of experience as a clinical educator in an acute care setting.A current Nursing License.A commitment to continuous learning and professional development through journals, affiliations, and education programs.Experience in designing, developing, and delivering various training types and curriculums, including virtual training formats.Strong understanding of training principles, methodologies, and evaluation techniques.A collaborative mindset, comfortable operating in a shared leadership environment.A personal presence characterized by honesty, integrity, and a caring demeanor, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.Why Join Us?
