As a Clinical Educator, you will not only be the face of orientation and training for your facility and team, but you will also use your experience and expertise to develop each individual’s skills and abilities throughout their time in the Sterile Processing Department.

What You Will Do Design and implement training plans based on the priorities of your facility and staff members Lead multi-week training programs for all new Sterile Processing employees at your facility Document and review training efforts for compliance with industry standards and regulations Identify employee knowledge gaps at your assigned facility and create an ongoing development plan for all members of the Sterile Processing team Build continuing education programs with a focus on new products and procedures What You Need to Be Successful High school diploma or GED, Bachelor’s degree preferred 3+ years’ experience in Sterile Processing 3+ years’ experience in training  CRCST (HSPA) or CSPDT (CBSPD) Certification required CER (HSPA) or CFER (CBSPD) within 6 months of hire date or promotion CIS (HSPA) or CSIS (CBSPD) or CST (NBSTSA) certification within 1 year of hire date or promotion Must maintain certification by completing 12 Continuing Education Credit Hours each year, or more if required for a specific certification What We're Offering You in Return
