The Training Associate facilitates in-person and webinar-based training programs for Care Center providers and staff. Our training program sets Care Centers up for success in daily practice operations and population health initiatives using the electronic health record. In addition, the Training Associate serves as a resource to colleagues and care centers in an expert capacity for clinical workflows.
Delivers virtual and on-site training to providers, clinical staff, and administrative staff focused on efficiency, delegation, and population health initiativesCustomizes best practice curriculum based on workflow assessment findings and unique needs of a Care Center's provider and staffEnsures that training is scheduled and delivered on-time and monitors completion of e-learning modulesCoordinate and participate in project planning and strategy meetingsLeverages reporting of key metrics to identify providers and care centers in need of additional trainingWorks collaboratively with Implementation, Operations and other internal team members to accomplish goalsWorks collaboratively with and serves as an athenahealth SME for other Privia teams around clinical workflowsProvides excellent customer service through creative problem solving and follow throughPresent information, both in person and remotely, to audiences ranging from individuals to small and large groupsTroubleshot EHR related Customer Service inquiriesOther duties as assignedQualificationsExperience in a healthcare setting with an electronic health record or practice management system requiredExperience with athenahealth is preferredBachelor's degree in Nursing or similar field preferredMust have familiarity with extended medical terminologyMust demonstrate excellent communication, presentation organizational, and time management skillsMust demonstrate strong interpersonal skills to interact positively and productively with a variety of personnel within teams and across organizational linesAbility to work in a very fast-paced and changing work environmentMust comply with HIPAA rules and regulationsMust have a valid drivers license and have a reliable form of transportationMust be able to be in a stationary position for extended periods of timeThe salary range for this role is $68,000.00 - $85,000.00 in base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits (medical, dental, vision, life, and pet insurance, 401K, paid time off, and other wellness programs). This role is also eligible for an annual bonus targeted at 15% and restricted stock units. The base pay offered will be determined based on relevant factors such as experience, education, and geographic location.
