**The role you’ll contribute:**
The Clinical Engineering Project Coordinator (PC), works under the guidance of the Project Manager (PM)–Clinical Engineering Implementation, and within the current leadership structure of the CE department. The PC participates in all assigned projects and project meetings related to medical equipment by providing input and guidance related to new equipment purchases, installation requirements, proper functionality of medical equipment, the relocation or removing of existing assets, and major renovations and expansions of existing medical facilities. The PC supports all projects by managing medical equipment inventory, storage, repurposing, installation of medical devices and overall project coordination. Provides guidance with or without consultants, interfaces with hospital clinical and engineering staff, manages code compliance, and completes projects per the scope of work assigned.

· Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
· Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time and within scope
· Track and analyze projects’ performance, procurement and report about any possible or current blockers, risks, overflows, deficits
· Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
· Assist project manager with structural layout and design for medical equipment specification and placement
· Provide direct assistance to project manager when needed
**The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:**
**Minimum qualifications** :
Associate’s Degree in a related field of study or equivalent military experience required
**Preferred qualifications:**
· Bachelor’s Degree in a related field of study preferred
+ Leadership Experience preferred
**Licenses and Certifications**
· Valid state driver’s license and driving record in accordance with AdventHealth policy; variable travel requirements depending on primary site that may require use of personal vehicle with liability insurance
· Six Sigma Black Belt Certification Preferred
