 We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Clinical Excellence Quality and Performance Improvement National Lead to join our team. This remote position plays a pivotal role in enhancing clinical outcomes and quality improvement initiatives across our Markets and Centers. The ideal candidate will have a clinical background, quality and project management expertise, an understanding of value-based care principles, and deep knowledge of clinical process improvement and analytics.

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Clinical Excellence Quality and Performance Improvement National Lead to join our team. This remote position plays a pivotal role in enhancing clinical outcomes and quality improvement initiatives across our Markets and Centers. The ideal candidate will have a clinical background, quality and project management expertise, an understanding of value-based care principles, and deep knowledge of clinical process improvement and analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

- Quality Improvement Initiatives:

  - Partner with local markets to identify, implement, and assess quality improvement opportunities.

  - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in patient care.

- Consensus Guidelines Development:

  - Organize and facilitate the development of new consensus guidelines along with our Evidence Based Practice Team.

  - Ensure guidelines align with evidence-based practices and regulatory standards.

- Clinical Outcomes Analysis:

  - Analyze and present trends in clinical outcomes performance nationally and locally.

  - Facilitate governance processes around clinical performance data.

- Goal Setting and Performance Monitoring:

  - Assist in setting attainable and relevant clinical outcomes goals.

  - Monitor progress towards goals and recommend corrective actions as needed.

- Collaboration with Leadership:

  - Partner with the VP for Clinical Excellence and the Clinical Excellence and Safety National Medical Director.

  - Support the national patient harm avoidance program through strategic initiatives.

Qualifications:

- Education:

  - Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or a related field required.

  - Master's degree preferred.

Experience:

  - Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting.

  - Proven success in project management and quality improvement.

  - Experience with statistical process control and other analytic tools for improvement.

  - Familiarity with value-based care models and population health management.

Certifications:

  - Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.

  - Certification in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) is a plus.

Skills:

  - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  - Proficient in data analysis tools and project management software.

  - Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  - Comfortable working with and engaging at all levels of the organization.

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.


 

$94,900 - $130,500 per year


 

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
