Job Summary: P rovides safe and effective rehabilitation programs for Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehabilitation program. Provide services for Cardiac and Pulmonary exercise programs per professional standards and legal and regulatory guidelines. Supervise, conduct, and interpret pre/ post graded exercise testing and 6-minute walk tests. Document patient care including individualized exercise prescriptions for cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation patients. Oversee cardiac and pulmonary exercise sessions and educate cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation patients on safe and effective exercise. Communicate patient outcomes, and clinical needs to other medical rehab team members, physicians, and other customers. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science required. Master’s degree in Exercise Science or Exercise Physiology preferred. Certified Clinical Exercise Specialist or Registered Exercise Physiologist by the American College of Sports Medicine within 3 months of hire. Certification Basic Life Support and Advanced Certification Life Support (AHA certification) required. EOE AA M/F/Vet/Disability
