MAIN PURPOSE OF JOBTo plan and facilitate identified learning and development interventions to ensure competency of all nursing staff.

Diploma or Degree in Nursing
ICU Experienced or Qualified
DESIRED EDUCATION
Post-graduate Diploma in Nursing Education; Unit Specialty certificate or diploma where appropriate (e.g. Emergency Centre / Operating Theatre / Cricital Care Unit)
REQUIRED EXPERIENCEESSENTIAL MINIMUM EXPERIENCE
2 years’ Clinical experience as a professional nurse
DESIRED EXPERIENCE
1-2 years’ experience as a peer mentor; 1-2 years’ experience as a Workplace assessor
