About the role:
We have multiple positions available with different age groups and student populations. Your responsibilities will include:
+ Assess students' speech-language abilities and develop treatment plans.
+ Deliver direct speech-language therapy services aligned with IEPs.
+ Develop goals and conducts assessments in speech, voice, fluency, pragmatics, language, and oral motor skills.
+ Have a passion for supporting complex communicators and utilize a flexible approach.
+ Willingness to collaborate and engage with all key stakeholders including colleagues, school administration, and caregivers.
+ Ensures that evaluations, intervention plans, and service delivery strictly adhere to school, state, and federal guidelines.
+ Embraces additional responsibilities that contribute to our collective mission.
Qualifications:
+ Previous experience in school-based and/or pediatric settings is preferred.
+ A master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
+ Eligibility for Clinical Fellowship (CF) through ASHA.
+ A valid Maryland SLP license from the Maryland Board of Speech-Language Pathologists.
