Clinical Fellow Support:
+ AnthroMed will ensure you have a wonderful CF experience through our structured CF Program and our CF Mentor Match process

Job Description:
In this Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) role, you will provide educationally-based speech pathology services at an elementary school. Your speech therapy services will address a variety of communication disorders for children from kindergarten to 8th grade. Interventions will address common articulation and language disorders as well as more significant communicative needs of students with low-incidence disorders. The Speech Language Pathologist will be responsible for developing treatment plans, completing evaluations, and collaborating with parents and other key stakeholders for students.
Additional responsibilities will include;
+ Provide year-round services for students including direct, small group sessions, and push in utilizing evidence-based practices to enhance communication skills
+ Compile and develop treatment plans to support students
+ Develop and implement IEPs for students, incorporating specific, measurable goals tailored to each student
+ Provide training on functional life skills for students approaching graduation
+ Implement augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) devices and strategies, including communication boards, speech-generating devices, and sign language, as appropriate
+ Collaborate with department by being a part of team meetings with service providers, Special Education teachers, and BCBAs
Speech Language Pathologist Requirements:
+ School-based and/or pediatric experience working with school aged kids
+ Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
+ Valid MD SLP license from the Maryland Board of Speech-Language Pathologists
Compensation & Benefits:
Pay Range : $57,000 (based on qualifications and experience).
